The 19th International Conference on Climbing and Walking Robots and Support Technologies for Mobile Machines (CLAWAR 2016), will be held in London, UK, September 12 – 14, 2016.
The venue for the 19th CLAWAR 2016 will be Queen Mary University of London. King’s will organise a special session on Stiffness Controllability in Continuum Robots.
In addition, King’s will or-ganise a CLAWAR workshop on surgical robotics in collaboration with the Knowledge Transfer Network (SIG: RAS) and University College London (UCL).
This workshop will be conducted in conjunction with the 2016 Innovative Surgical Robotics Forum. Like last year, this event will be organised for any healthcare professional, academic or company interested in discussing the challenges, current barriers and ways to move forward in the arena of surgical robots.
The Forum will concentrate on the exploitation of robotics R&D by bringing together the different stakeholders and create the opportunity to form new partner-ships and collaborative relationships.
